Notice of Bylaw Amendment 3.1.1 Board members are elected to one 3-year term. To serve another 3-year term the member must be re-elected. There is no limit to consecutive terms served. 4.10.3 bylaw has been removed.

As result of difficulties attracting new Board candidates and retaining experienced Board members an amendment to the PORA by laws is proposed.
