Should you have an Arizona Trust or a Will? Without a plan, the state will decide your estate, or who gets what and how much.
A Will provides instructions to the Probate Court, which can take months to years to finalize and distribute, while a Trust bypasses the Probate process and ensures your wishes are carried out immediately. Trusts typically cost around $1,500 from an attorney’s office to get set up.
All documents are prepared by an Arizona licensed attorney who will consult directly with you. Costs? $250.00 for standard marital Trust which includes all documents. In addition, we ask for a suggested donation of $360.00 to YSF for providing Trust services including preparing, retitleing, and funding of your assets, plus a Trust binder you get to keep for your records.
