A. Speed cameras in SCW, no info yet, keep open.
B. Yellow Caution Lights on Traffic Signals, much shorter duration vs other states. Can they be adjusted?
C. Golf Cart and Auto thefts.
D. Check traffic signal timing (lights seem to be longer on red):
1 RHJ and Stardust Blvd.
2 RHJ and 151st Ave.
3 Install left turn arrow for traffic off Meeker onto Camino del Sol. (McDOT Study done in 2024 on this intersection)
E. Marked crossing lane needed (Both include private drives, no McDOT authority)
1 Camino del Sol and Woodside Dr
2 RH Johnson Blvd and Sandridge Dr
5. New Business
A. Traffic Lanes expanded to 3 lanes – accommodates left turn lane off 138th and RHJ.
B. Group Homes appearing in SCW. Residents not of age.
C. Maricopa County repaving of streets in SCW, May 4 thru November, 2026.
D. New interchange for Highway 303 at 155th Ave in SCW. Concerns: Traffic congestion, construction disruption of neighborhood, constant noise pollution.
E. Should meeting schedule be increased to monthly instead of every other month.
F. MCSO/POSSE update.
