About the Presenter:

Terri Alexon serves as the Investor Education Coordinator for the Arizona Corporation Commission’s Securities Division.  Since joining the Commission in August of 2002, Terri has been actively making statewide presentations on fraud prevention and the risks and rewards of investing. She has served on the Elder Fraud Prevention and Social Media Task Force committees for the North American Securities Administrators Association and as co-chair of the Financial Exploitation Committee of the Maricopa County Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance.  Besides presentations, Terri also maintains an investor education website in both English and Spanish, writes news releases, composes brochures and plans public events, all designed to raise awareness and prevent financial exploitation among Arizona investors.
