Dear Ralph, we are following up in preparation for our annual Fun In The Sun Tournament and “All for Charity” event this coming March, 2025. This year our dates are March 3-5, with Thursday, March 6 being held as a backup rain-delay day. Mark your calendars now!
With your support, we were so excited to be able to donate over $61,000, with over $7000 going to PORA. Our goal is to grow the program, allowing us to do more for the community, and keep our key Stakeholder sponsors involved. Sponsorship is such a great way for your organization to support the entire community as well as keep your name in front of thousands of our residents.
At this time, we need to confirm that PORA will continue to sponsor the All for Charity Event as a Stakeholder sponsor, basically following what we accomplished through our 2024 Event. This would require that PORA participate at the $3,000 contribution level, continue to participate with Ball Drop Sales and, of course, be a benefactor of the program in 2025.
PORA has been an important supporter of this event for a number of years, and we look forward to your continued support.
We would appreciate a confirmation of your continued support as quickly as possible, as we have already begun building the plan and activities for the March, 2025 event.
