PORA Resource Guide
PORA IS PLANNING A NEW COMMUNITY RESOURCE GUIDE AND INVITE YOU TO ADVERTISE WITH US!
The community guide will provide our residents with information about PORA and other organizations throughout Sun City West. The guide will also highlight the many great things PORA does for the community.
The Independent Newspaper will handle the printing and distribution. The guides will be available at the REC centers in Sun City West, Posse, Foundation, Benevilla, Realtor offices, PORA office & Visitors Center and other businesses throughout SCW.
Guides are provided at PORA events and to new members. Guides are also accessible on our website.
Fees for the PORA Community Resource Guide are included on the Ad Reservation and Payment Form.
Additional Information you need to know for the guide:
- All ads need to be provided in the appropriate size and print-ready format.
- All ads will be printed in full color unless the business provides black and white artwork.
- PORA will not provide any design services.
- All advertisers must be current PORA Vendors in good standing and must maintain their membership for one year from the date of distribution.
- If you would like to include any coupons or special pricing in your ad you will need to honor the coupons and/or pricing for a full year from the date of distribution.
- Space is limited and all advertising will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To reserve your ad space, a minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required and needs to be included with your payment/reservation form.
- Deadline to submit ads with payment is August 31, 2026.
Additional opportunities to advertise are available for your business in our weekly eNews. The eNews is released every Tuesday and distributed to 7,500 unique email addresses. The rates are $50 per ad per week. Advertise monthly, weekly, bi-weekly. Space is limited to 3 advertisers per release. Get your ad on the schedule while there is still time.
Advertising in the PORA Resource Guide
During peak season Sun City West has over 44,000 residents.
How guides will be distributed:
– 12,500 will be delivered directly to Sun City West Residents subscribed to the Independent Newspaper.
– An additional 8,000 +/- copies will be distributed:
- PORA Events
- PORA Lobby and Visitors Center
- PORA Vendors who wish to distribute on their own or have available in their offices
- RCSCW (Recreation Centers of Sun City West)
Guides will be accessible digitally on our website throughout the year.

The Commercial Ad Contract below provides ad details and rates. All advertising contracts, artwork and full payment must be received by the 10th of the month prior to the month of placement. Space is limited. We reserve the right to revise or refuse submitted ads.
