Mail-In Registration

We are also providing the opportunity to register by mail. Below are the steps to take advantage of this method. This will accommodate residents who are unavailable or unable to register during on-site registration in September. Both on-site and mail-in registrations will be processed during that same week.

1. Click here to display and print the Registration Form
2. Click list of classes.
3. Select and review information for the classes you are interested in taking.
4. On the right side of the registration form you just printed, check the classes you want to sign up for.
5. Complete the remainder of information on the left side of the registration form including total number of classes you are registering for.
6. Calculate the total fee for the number of classes selected;
   
Fee: Registration + 1 class = $35 for PORA members or $50 for non-members.
       Both members and non-members add $5 for each additional class.
(Ex. To take 2 classes, a PORA member would pay $40; a non-member would pay $55)

7. Make out check to PORA Lifelong Learning for the correct amount. No cash or credit card charges are accepted by mail.
8. Mail completed form and check to:

Important Notice: A few classes are limited in the number of students that can be accommodated. Assignment to classes will be on a first come, first serve basis. Mail-in registrations with incomplete or incorrect information or without a check for the correct amount will delay your enrollment in classes. You will be notified by email if there are problems with your registration.
